1. Our Commitment:

 

At SuperBolide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

 

 

2. Return Eligibility:

 

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are:

 

·         Unworn and in perfect condition.

·         In their original packaging.

·         Accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and documentation.

·         Not customized or personalized (see exceptions below).

 

 

3. How to Initiate a Return:

Once your request is confirmed, you have 14 days to ship the product back to:

4. Return Shipping Costs:

 

Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

 

5. Refunds:

 

Once we receive your return (or proof of shipment), we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

 

 

6. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items:

 

The right of return does not apply to:

 

·         Customized or personalized products (engraved, made-to-order).

·         Any other category excluded by applicable law.

 

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at welcome@superbolide.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

 

8. International Customers:

 

While EU consumer law (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code) formally applies to EU residents, SuperBolide extends the same return conditions to all customers worldwide, regardless of country of residence, as part of our commercial policy.

 

Non-EU customers are invited to verify the return rules applicable in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.
